Cortoncare has a complete staff rostering and time management system allowing you to manage your workforce efficiently and effectively. “Contracted” staff are automatically allocated to the shifts they cover whilst “Bank” staff can be attached to any uncovered shift. Agency staff can be applied to available shifts with automatically generated agency emails both requesting and confirming shift cover.
The Cortoncare employee portal gives staff the ability to view any shifts they are rostered to do as well as apply for any vacant shifts, reducing the need for agency cover. Using the carer’s login and logoff times we can monitor hours worked and confirm these against rostered shifts, providing an automatic feed to the payroll process.
